We understand that current news on the impact and spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing uncertainty among healthcare professionals and patients in general.
It is essential for us to put safety for our employees as a priority but also to give you, our customers, the guarantee of the continuity of our service.
In these times of emergency, unity and teamwork is of crucial imprtance, and we at Deenova are committed every day to providing healthcare facilities with both personal and technological solutions in the automated medication management to help healthcare professionals to safely treat patients.
Today more than ever, we need to keep our operations running, and provide unmatched service to you, as a trusted partner.
Consequently, and in agreement with public institutions, Deenova is commited not only to keep the various departments of the company operating at full speed, but has recently hired additional staff to be able to accompany the incremental volume of therapies dispensed in the Italian hospitals, as a result of the increased load of patients.
We work continuously with our customers in Italy and abroad to adapt our service to the evolution of patient therapy and use of new medications, with the aim of reducing waste, allowing to treat more patients.
All this putting the safety of our employees as a priority, and in order to comply with the requirements of the various ministerial decrees and regional ordinances, Deenova has, since the beginging of the pandemic, established procedures and protocols designed to mitigate risk of exposure to the virus:
- In order to limit transfers / trips to workplaces, almost one third of our employees are working remotely, home based..
- All employees have followed training courses on precautionary measures to be taken in front of COVID 19
- All employees have been provided with adequate protection, (Masks, Gloves, and sanitizer solution)
- We also informed suppliers and couriers of the restrictions on accessing our premises, until the end of the emergency.
We are confident that by acting resposably, and by respecting the appropriate safety measures), we will soon be able, together, to overmcome the situation.
Although our mission is to provide services and automation for drug management, we believe, that no robots and no artificial intelligence can replace the commitment and heart of all healthcare professionals who are fighting COVID-19 on the front lines.
